Firefox close in line with internet explorer is the most popular web browser.If you can't tweak it to our heart's content,its a shame!
A few commands in the url tab gives you an insight into some stuff you might never have known existed in your browser.
In the url tab type these cmds and hit enter
about: .....................you get links to contributors,licencing information,release notes and build configuration.
about:home ...............takes you to the the firefox-google search page
about:cache ..............shows you the cached content
The crown gem is the about:config command that takes you to the advanced settings page.The settings you can tweak counts to 1000+ !
Enter the keyword of the setting you need to tweak in the filter field to scroll to your desired settings quickly.
As warned by Firefox you may void your warranty by making changes to these settings.So be very careful while handling these settings.If you can,snapshot all the default settings using a screen grabber.Though time consuming it'll be a life-saver in case your tweaks go wrong.
