Windows has loads of shortcut that can save your precious time and the tiring mouse clicks.This is no where near to the complete list,but covers some of the best ones.
So straight for the warehouse............



� My Computer..............Windows button + E (i.e. press windows botton and while still holding it press letter E)

� Minimize all windows..............Windows button + D

� Open RUN window.............Windows button + R

� Lock your computer............Windows button + L

� Open task manager directly...........ctrl + shift + esc

� Permanently delete anything............after selecting it shift + del button

� Current window actions..............press alt and spacebar at a time and select the action required from the popup appearing at the top by clicking the respective underlined letter (eg: to minimize press N after the popup appears)

� View properties of files/folders............after selecting the file/folder, alt + enter

� To get more options when you right click on anything...............shift + right click

� Keyboard alternative for right-click.............................shift + f10

� Refresh..................f5

 � Rename..................press f2 after selecting

� Copy(move) a file/folder to new location...............while pressing and holding ctrl(shift) button drag the file/folder to new location

� Create shortcut of file/folder................while pressing and holding alt button drag the file/folder to new location

� Open folder in new window.....................ctrl + enter

� Cycle through open windows..................alt + tab

� Switch to the next open window.......................alt + esc
